Refund & Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be non-personalized, non-customized, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Please do not send your return without contacting us first. We work with two production facilities, located in Texas and North Carolina, and the correct return address will be provided to you by email depending on your order.

Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products created specifically for you are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This includes items customized with names, dates, photos, custom text, or other customer-requested changes.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item.

Please email minilolstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

If the issue is caused by a production error or an incorrect item was sent, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you purchased an eligible non-custom item and need a different size or style, please contact us and we’ll help you with the available options.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
